Brief Job Description:

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week. $25–$27/hour. Temporary grant-funded position through September 30, 2028. The coordinator leads family engagement and support activities in partnership with Cortland County Mental Health under the SAMHSA CMHI grant. Work includes family-centered coordination, community partnerships, resource navigation, and reporting. Please review the employer's posting for complete qualifications.
