Congratulations to Community Action Planning Council of Jefferson County, Inc.’s Richard Beirman on winning the Community Action Partnership’s Sargent Shriver Award!
The Sargent Shriver award was established to recognize and honor the accomplishments of individuals who, with the assistance of Community Action, achieved self-sufficiency and then strived to help others do the same through advocacy, volunteerism, and public service. Richard was also the recipient of NYSCAA’s Personal Achievement Award.
