Brief Job Description:

Full-time Program Manager with DYCD's Youth Empowered Programs. Monitor and evaluate more than 25 community-based organization COMPASS sites, review and approve program plans, conduct site visits, provide technical assistance and corrective action, participate in negotiations, evaluate contract and fiscal reports, train providers on DYCD CONNECT, and prepare reports for senior management. Salary range $62,868-$72,298. Requires a baccalaureate degree and two years of related community work, or high school/equivalent and six years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience; at least one year of related experience required.
