Brief Job Description:

Full-time COMPASS Program Manager with the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development. Monitor and evaluate community-based organization COMPASS contractors, review and approve program plans, conduct site visits, provide technical assistance, participate in contract negotiations, evaluate performance reports and fiscal documents, and train providers on DYCD CONNECT. Salary range $62,868-$72,298. Requires a baccalaureate degree and two years of related community work, or high school/equivalent and six years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience; at least one year of related experience required.
