Support Rochester Step to Success participants with goal planning, referrals, coaching, and economic self-sufficiency. Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred; three years of relevant mentoring or navigation experience.

Hours: 37.5 hrs. / 52 wk.
Posted salary range: $48,000- $50,000
Worksite: 400 West Ave, Rochester, New York.
