CAP is seeking a Family and Victim Services Director. The Director of Family and Victim Services provides strategic leadership, oversight, and supervision of Domestic Violence Intervention Services. This role ensures compliance, high-quality service delivery, and continuous improvement across all program areas serving survivors and families
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred.
Associate’s degree in a related field required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in domestic violence services, law enforcement, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated skills in grant writing, budget oversight, and public speaking are highly desirable.
Proficiency in database management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
Must possess a valid and clean New York State driver’s license.
This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary of $60,000-65,000 DOE
