The application requires you to fill out basic identifying information about yourself and your Community Action Agency and submit a short essay that describes your commitment to Community Action, your hopes for your future career path, why you want to participate in ELI, and how you hope to benefit by participating in the program.

Cost:
The cost to participate in the ELI program is $395.00. This fee covers the costs of the seminars. The cost of the hotel and additional expenses are at the responsibility of the participant.
