About the Professional Development Conference
This annual event attracts people from Community Action Agencies and Weatherization Programs all across New York State and is a unique opportunity for executive staff & professionals to enhance their skills, build partnerships, and network. We anticipate up to 150 people in attendance for the two full days of workshops and speakers. The event also includes an awards dinner and reception that recognizes all those who have made an impact in Community Action and Weatherization throughout New York State.
