As a Assistant Center Manager, You Will;

Supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of all Infant & Toddler staff.
Provide daily support, observations, and monitoring of classrooms.
Assist Center Manager with staff and building oversight in compliance with all agency and personnel policies/procedures and OCFS regulations
Assist Center Manager to ensure the collection, review, accuracy, and submission of all required paperwork
Assist Center Manager in coordinating substitutes, volunteers, student teachers, interns, and service providers following agency and department policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications;

Minimum of 1-3 years prior teaching experience with Infants & toddlers
1+ years of management experience directly supervising infant & toddler staff. Bachelor’s in early childhood or related field required, as well as knowledge of OCFS Licensing regulations.
Experience in a leadership role with management-level responsibilities and prior experience in a Head Start Program.
