Brief Job Description:

Early Head Start Home Visitor– Hourly Position - $18/hr--->Full Time

A few expectations of the role are:

Comply with all policies and procedures including confidentiality, mandated reporter, active supervision of children, health and safety protocols, etc.

Participate in meetings and trainings as required.

Provide weekly home visits to enrolled families of children aged

Plan monthly socializations for parents and children. Help families plan goals and connect with local community resources.

Be familiar with infant toddler development and milestones.

Help families to make the necessary referrals when there are developmental concerns

Educational Requirements:

An AAS or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or Infant/Toddler CDA (Child Development Associate)
Knowledge of Infant/Toddler child development and family interaction

This position requires regular driving and a valid, good standing Driver's License is REQUIRED.

Applicants for this position will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, finger printing and be fully vaccinated.
