WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Assistant Director, you provide vision and leadership support as a member of ACAP’s Senior Management and advocacy for the Community & Career Services (CCS) Department. Responsibilities include:

Oversee and direct programmatic operations pertaining to Community and Career services
Provide staff supervision and professional development to encourage quality customer service and employee growth
Responsible for the coordination of outreach activities and program outcomes
Oversee compliance with program performance standards and regulations, including reporting systems and databases
Act as a liaison between customers, ACAP departments, and community agencies to ensure quality services for all customers
Starting annual salary is $49,826; Monday-Friday; 37.5 hours per week

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Human Services, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of four (4) years’ experience working in human services or a community-based organization required with at least two (2) years of management experience. Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills are required. Bi- or Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
