Brief Job Description:

Mental Health Manager
As part of the department leadership team, provides expertise in the mental health content area for all staff, enrolled families and their children, ages birth – 8, through program and individualized planning and development, monitoring, data analysis, curriculum development, support, mentoring and training; expands upon resources that meet service delivery plans and support school readiness and family engagement frameworks. Work in collaboration with community partners to achieve outcomes that provide quality, integrated service delivery to families and their children throughout Tompkins County.

Min. Req.:
· Master’s degree and NYS licensure in Mental Health Counseling
· Four (4) years direct experience working with children birth to age 8.
· Knowledge of mental health and special education services for young children.
