Family Support Specialist / Family Resource Specialist

Brief Job Description:

Healthy Families role, 37.5 hours per week over four days; $19.50–$20/hour. Conduct outreach, assessments and home visits, support parent-child relationships and connect families with services. Requires a high school diploma/equivalent and a valid driver's license. Occasional evening or weekend events are required.
